You can create tests by selecting various predefined commands like click or mouse-over and also verify if certain website elements are present and visible. (See all available commands here.)
Cross Browser Testing & Cross Device Testing
Currently avialable for running your test cases are Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Chrome for Android on mobile devices. Shortly to come: Safari on Mac, IPad & IPhone
Unlimited test cases
Create an unlimited amount of test cases (only the amount of executed test runs is limited by the numbers of credits you have available every month).
You can take a screenshot for every test step (the number of screenshots you take is only limited by the numbers of credits you have available every month). Also you can choose whether you want FRET only to take the screenshot for information purposes or
Let FRET compare screenshots of the current test run to the last screenshot that you have marked as valid. You can define certain areas of the screenshot that should be ignored during the comparison process and furthermore you have the option to define how sensible the screenshot comparison should be.
FRET can inform you once a day via eMail whether or not some of your test cases might have failed.
Real devices, provided by us
The tests you defined will be executed on our hardware. Real devices will receive the information of your defined test cases, open automatically real browsers and execute the test cases. You will only see the results of the test execution.
Unlimited Test Steps per Test Case
Every test case can have as many steps as you need. The number of executed test steps is only limited by the available monthly credits.
Test results online
The test results will be presented by showing you online for every step of the testcase in every browser whether it passed or failed. If defined you will also see the screenshots and results of the comparison.
Multiple Test Domains
You can define up to three different domains to run your tests on. Every test case can be executed on only one, two or all three of the defined test domains.
Automatic and manual test runs
Every test case can be started manually or scheduled by a defined interval. The smallest interval is 1 hour.
